Freynza ("we", "our", "us") is an Indian dating app built to help people find genuine connections for free. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly.

2. What Data We Collect

• Name, email address, phone number, city, age, gender
• Profile photos and bio information you provide
• Verification status (verified / not verified)
• Usage data (how you interact with the app)
• Device information (phone type, OS version)

3. What We Do NOT Collect

• We do NOT store your government ID documents
• We do NOT collect biometric data
• We do NOT access your contacts or messages outside Freynza
• We do NOT track your location without permission

4. How We Use Your Data

• To create and manage your Freynza profile
• To match you with compatible users
• To send you notifications about matches and messages
• To improve the app based on usage patterns
• To prevent fraud, fake profiles, and abuse

5. Government ID Verification (DigiLocker)

When you verify your identity, we use DigiLocker — a government service. Your ID document is processed by the government's system. We only receive a YES/NO verification result. Your actual ID is never stored on our servers.

6. Data Sharing

We NEVER sell your personal data to third parties. We only share data with trusted service providers (like cloud hosting) strictly for operating the app. We may share data if required by Indian law or court order.

7. Your Rights

• Access your data anytime from your profile settings
• Delete your account and all data permanently
• Opt out of marketing communications
• Request a copy of your data

8. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data. All communications are secured with SSL/TLS. We conduct regular security reviews to keep your data safe.

9. Data Retention

We keep your data as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By joining the Freynza waitlist or using the Freynza app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to use Freynza
• You must be a resident of India (during initial launch)
• You must provide accurate and truthful information
• One account per person — multiple accounts are not allowed

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your account secure
• You must not share your account with anyone
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• All profile information must be genuine and accurate

4. What You Can Do

• Create a genuine profile and connect with other users
• Send messages to your matches respectfully
• Report inappropriate behavior or fake profiles
• Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes

5. What You Cannot Do

• Create fake profiles or impersonate others
• Send spam, harassment, or abusive messages
• Use the app for commercial solicitation
• Share other users' personal information without consent
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools
• Post illegal, offensive, or explicit content
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform

6. Free & Premium Model

Freynza's core features are free forever. Premium subscription (₹149/month) provides additional features as described on our website. Premium features may change over time with reasonable notice.

7. Waitlist Promises

Early waitlist members who sign up before our launch will receive: 3 months Premium free, Founding Member badge, and Priority access. These rewards will be delivered upon app launch.

8. Content You Post

You own your content. By posting on Freynza, you give us a license to display it within the app. We do not claim ownership of your photos, bio, or messages.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account anytime. Deleted accounts have all data permanently removed within 30 days.

10. Limitation of Liability

Freynza is a platform connecting people. We are not responsible for the actions of individual users. Always meet people safely in public places. Trust your instincts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use of Freynza after changes means you accept the new terms.
